Registration Policy
Due to the popularity of our camps, we cannot hold spots for campers who have not paid their registration fee. To avoid any disputes, a player is not registered until the registration form is submitted AND payment is received. Once a player is registered, they will be sent a confirmation email and are guaranteed a spot at MSA Camps.
Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change over the summer, but in order to be fair to all our campers please see our policy below.
60 days or more before the date of your camp, we will refund 100% of original payment (minus payment processing fee).
Within 60 days before the start of camp, we will refund 75% of original payment.
For cancellations within 14 days of camp, they will forfeit their registration payment.
We do understand that there can be special circumstances when requesting a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your registration.
